IS THE HAIR OIL SUITABLE FOR ALL HAIR TYPES?
The hair oil is made from 100% natural ingredients and is suitable for various hair types. It works well for fine hair as it washes off easily without leaving a greasy residue. Additionally, it's beneficial for oily hair, which tends to become greasy quickly and requires frequent washing. Regular use of the hair oil can help balance sebum secretion, resulting in cleaner hair that stays fresh for a longer period.
CAN I USE THE HAIR OIL IF I HAVE HAIR EXTENSIONS?
In the case of extensions, we recommend using hair oil only on the hair below the keratin attachment. It's suitable for moisturising and enhancing the extensions.
MY HAIR OIL HAS SOLIDIFIED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your hair oil has solidified, this is because the product contains natural coconut oil, which solidifies at 23 degrees Celsius. Therefore, the hair oil may differ from the product photos when it reaches you in cold weather. We recommend placing the bottle in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes until the oil becomes liquid again. You can also hold it under hot water in the sink. In colder weather, store it in a warm bathroom for more comfortable use. If the room temperature is below 23 degrees, the hair oil will be in solid form. This does not affect the oil's properties or benefits in any way.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE HAIR OIL?
We recommend using the hair oil twice a week just before washing your hair. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes, or even overnight. Based on customer feedback, it’s also fine to keep the oil on for 24 hours or more if needed.
WILL KEEPING THE HAIR OIL ON ALL NIGHT STAIN THE PILLOWCASE?
If you want to keep hair oil on overnight, it’s a good idea to protect your pillowcase to prevent staining. We recommend sleeping with a nightcap (available in our store) or you can cover your pillow with an old towel to protect it while you sleep. Once you have washed the oil off, it won't stain your bedlinen.
CAN THE HAIR OIL BE USED DURING PREGNANCY?
Yes, the hair oil is formulated with 100% natural and naturally derived ingredients. It contains natural essential oils, so the fragrance might be quite strong for some people. Inspired by vibrant and flourishing nature, the predominant scents are floral and blossom notes. If you are sensitive to smells during pregnancy, it is advisable to wait until this sensitivity subsides before using the product.
CAN THE HAIR OIL TINT MY HAIR?
No, the hair oil will not tint your hair. It is made with 100% natural ingredients that do not alter hair tone in any way.
